Like this short presentation from James and Anne from Headshift Australia, especially for the little peek into what designing Enterprise 2.0 can mean: Asking the good questions (Investigation and speciļ¬cation), creative and educated concept and prototype-making (Design brief, solution outline, wireframes), testing it all with the people who shall use it, ie. an anthropocentric approach to the consulting work (workshops, discussion, card sorting, content mapping and sketching)
