yes, this is a **really good book**. I like Hamels take on things and still have a draft review in my back-log and todo-list.

Though the book does not necessarily give managers a how-to book, it definitely advocates for more organization change. After all, how many people do you know in big corporations that enjoy going to work every day? Sad isn&#039;t it...
